The Fresh Prince After Earth

Well, this is parody all about how
My career got flipped, turned upside down
And I’d like to take a minute, I won’t be long
I’ll tell you how humanity’s end went so wrong

On another world, born and raised
On a spaceship is where I spent most of my days
Chillin’ out in space actin’ all cool
And I was shootin’ some asteroids outside of the school
When a plot device that was up to no good
Sent me to the ruins of Hollywood
I got in such a bad movie but dad was unnerved
He said “We’re going to find out why everyone left earth.”

I whistled for a ride but none ever came near
We were abandoned on a world everyone feared
If anything, I knew no good could be there
When I heard dad say
“I’m home. In Bel Air.”

We got to a theater about seven or eight
And my dad smiled at me and said
“Hey, isn’t this great?”
I looked at a poster and my stomach lurched
I saw him and me in a poster for “After Earth”
